Another of Zoe's new pictures

Mushrooms in Elm, photo by Mary Stebbins, click on photo to see larger. These mushrooms are growing from a knot in the elm in front of our house in Detroit. This is not good news for the elm.

This is another of Zoe's new pictures. (Zoe is my new lens) Posted by Picasa

Christmas Morning, Zoe's first picture

Leaves in Christmas Rain, photo by Mary Stebbins. Click on photo to see larger. It rained all day today, ironic because we had nice snow all month. I got a new lens for Christmas, a 75-300 mm zoom I named Zoe, and I took this picture when I went outside to try it. It's Zoe's first picture.

reaching UPS

If you ever need to talk to UPS, you'll get lost in the menus unless you know this trick:  hit "o" twice, three times.  You then get a live person.  Of course if this gets around, they may change the code.

I've had a horror show with my gift deilvery this year.  UGH!

Hope your holidays are good.
