Mushrooms in Elm, photo by Mary Stebbins, click on photo to see larger. These mushrooms are growing from a knot in the elm in front of our house in Detroit. This is not good news for the elm. This is another of Zoe's new pictures. (Zoe is my new lens)

A fungus amoung us!
The photo exhibition went well, except no one bought anything. I got compliments galore and nice stories in the paper.
