I like venison, too. One time, a deer fell through ice in front of our house and drowned and we ate it all winter. We were sad. But not too sad to enjoy the gift.
Great shot! The color makes them look almost animated. Is that from the flash?
Venison is one of the highest protien, lowest fat meats you can eat, and no added hormones. I prefer to shoot with a camera, though. ;] Of course, if a free meal lands in your front yard...

I too prefer to shoot with my camera!!! But I do like venison.
Deer are so beautiful
