Mixing grains

Instead of bread, I have, with every meal, a "porridge" of whole
grains and seeds. It's tasty (though no one else shares my
enthusiasm) and healthy. Here, I have poured a variety of grains into
a bowl to mix.

I'm a bread making fanatic and am now experimenting with the new no-knead artisan loaves with different grains. And I would also take photos of them when I find them. Somehow on some level we think a like! (Altho I have to admit that I do it for the craft of bread making and not for the healthy reasons. . . to me, bread is an art!).

I like making bread, too, and when I do, I consider it an "art," but tend to be a little more of a gourmand than a gormet, so I don't make as often as I might like.
