We have to pay a rather exorbitant costume fee (which covers "cleaning") but we had to buy the shoes. There are so many fees for this program that only "rich" people can afford it. I don't know how anyone on a modest income could allow their kids to take "choir" if they knew what it would cost. It's an class at school now, not an extracurricular activity. But they did not sing any choir music, I don't know why they call it choir.

Did the kids (parents) have to buy those costumes? I am having a hard time imagining PB wearing that outfit too often.
