Nope, not complicated. I tried it using Paint and Picasa.

1)hit PrtSc button next to all the F #s on my keyboard (top right). Just hit the button
2)open paint. (Accessories). Hit ctl-V or paste. Voila, there it is. Save it using the file menu.
3)I cropped this in Picasa. Then either blog it directly or save a copy and blog it from the blog. Took about 30 seconds (definitely less than a minute.)

And yes, that is a LOT of icons, most of which I do not use.
