Weekly word challenge 24: Wood and Metal
A newly made wooden barn, a tree--now that's wood (lol)(Obviously an archive shot--from Oakwood in Syracuse), the Ambassador Bridge, the Ford Rouge Plant.

Those are wonderful! Like the barn shot.
Thanks, Newt, big contrast between first and last, eh?
what's a rouge plant? Or, is it a Ford plant that makes cars?
confusing name, but awesome pic.
Great diversity! I really like the moss-covered tree. Or is that kudzu? Well played. :)
I don't know why it's called the Rouge Plant--maybe the name of the area--I will try to find out and let you know.
The plant on the trees is English Ivy.
Interesting mix of photographs. My soul prefers the peacefulness of a barn and the woods; however, I find the industrial picture fascinating.
I feel exactly the same way!
Loving that green in the tree! nothing's green here right now. Great shot of the bridge too.
Yeah, that tree was definitely an archive shot--nothing's green here, either.
Actually, I liked, it's Virginia creeper, I was thinking of a different picture, sorry.
I am surprised at how much I like the industrial shots. (I already knew I liked barn and tree shots....)
He he he, I'm a bit of a nature freak, but I love the industrial scenes and shots. Had fun with these.
