Adoption Update
I finally have acquired all the certificates from my side, the last one came in on Friday. It came after PB's 14th birthday, which means now he has to agree to be adopted. BB still needs to collect his forms. Or give me the info so I can order them. At the rate this is proceeding, PB will be an adult before I am able to adopt him.
