Return of the Bottomless Polenta!

Polenta at noon today, curried with hot sausage, old bay spices, portabella mushrooms, raisins and broccoli.  Excellent!  :-D

Sausage seems like a good addition. Not so sure about the raisins. Eeep. Just don't tell me you've put caraway in there. Please.

Curries like having fruits! Raisins coconuts are good in curries.

No caraway.
