Polenta attack

  • curried poenta with lamb, broccoli mushrooms and raisins (did I mention that one already? maybe I did)
  • Sliced polenta with apples and maple syrup
  • polenta with rice milk and raisins
  • and tonight?  Shepherd's pie polenta

Was tonight's polenta from the same batch you made in Detroit? This truly is a bottomless pit. Are you sure it's not multiplying in there?

In the interest of full disclosure, I bought two packages, slightly different, took one to Detroit and left one here, so it was the one left here I am eating now.
