Janathon Day 1

Because we were visiting family and celebrating Christmas, I did my Janathon walking in bits and pieces today.

1. The sun was shining and was supposed to go away alter.  I walked 17 minutes from the hotel and back in the AM.
2. I did 20 minutes of mall walking between shopping for Christmas gifts for a late celebration.
3. We walked 19 minutes all together at my daughter's house.  It was cold and blustery.  I felt unwell.
