I did better today. I'm still sick, but incrementally better, and I managed to walk a little more than 45 minutes in three essentially back to back sessions: 16:23, 15:07, 17:15, and I did my yoga and exercises. I'm still hoping to make up the lost sessions. But not until my health is back to normal. I may even jog some. I also stuck to my diet today.
